A Message from our Founder
Aligned Herbals began as something I created for myself.
After years on birth control and feeling disconnected from my body, I found myself searching for a more intuitive and supportive way to care for my cycle. As I learned about cycle syncing and the role herbs can play in supporting women’s health, I started blending teas at home that aligned with each phase of my cycle.
What began as a personal ritual quickly became something bigger.
I realized how many women are navigating their cycles without the education or support they deserve. Aligned Herbals was created to offer a simple and thoughtful way to support the body through every phase of the cycle using organic herbs and intentional blends.
My hope is that Aligned Herbals helps women feel more connected to their bodies, more confident in their rhythms, and more supported in their everyday routines.
